Information we collect
We collect information you choose to provide through enquiry, consultation and manuscript forms. This may include your name, email, phone number, country, project details, manuscript information, biography and uploaded documents.
Basic technical information may also be processed to protect the website, prevent repeated automated submissions and maintain reliable service. We do not currently use advertising trackers or behavioural analytics.
How information is used
Information is used to respond to enquiries, assess requested services, review manuscript submissions, coordinate consultations, maintain service records and protect the website from abuse. We do not sell personal information.
Documents and manuscripts
Uploaded files are stored privately and are not made publicly accessible. They are reviewed only for the purpose connected with your submission. Submitting work does not transfer copyright, ownership or representation rights to EverGreen Literary.
Email and service providers
We use trusted providers to host the website, store submitted information and deliver transactional email. Resend may process your email address and message-delivery data when confirmation or notification emails are sent. Providers process information under their own security and privacy obligations.
Retention and security
We retain information only as long as reasonably needed for the enquiry, submission, service relationship, legal obligations and security. Administrative, technical and access controls are used to reduce unauthorized access, although no online system can guarantee absolute security.
Your rights and international handling
Depending on where you live, you may ask to access, correct or delete personal information, or object to certain processing. Services and providers may process information in countries other than your own, with appropriate safeguards where required. Submit privacy requests through the contact form and select Other, clearly marking the subject as a privacy request.
